Hi there! Nice to meet you. It’s pretty clear from my website that I’m all about supporting women to live their best lives. Just to clarify, I’m not a nutritionist/coach who promises quick fixes or focuses solely on weight loss. Instead, I’m dedicated to helping women improve their health and well-being throughout their 30s and beyond, including through their menopausal years.
I truly care about meeting people’s needs and have over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry to back that up. I’m passionate about using nutrition, lifestyle changes, and movement to help women achieve their goals and feel great.
I’ve got plenty of qualifications to support my work, including certifications in massage therapy, training, and nutrition. And as a former Olympic weightlifting competitor, I understand what it takes to stay dedicated and reach big goals. I’m fully insured and committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends through ongoing training and education.
