Before we dive into our first personal training session, we’ll chat about your goals and intentions so that we’re both on the same page. Then, we’ll do a thorough movement assessment to see where we’re starting from and what areas we can focus on. Based on that, I’ll create an engaging, progressive workout plan that includes resistance and cardio exercises. We’ll check in regularly to track your progress and make sure you’re enjoying the sessions. My ultimate goal is to help you feel confident and empowered in the gym, knowing how to warm up, move effectively, and cool down properly. So, let’s get started on this fitness journey together!
